PowerStudio - More Infomation

PowerStudio is an automation-ready DVD-R and/or CD-R solution, designed for use with the PASsport and AutoMate disc autoloaders. These autoloaders can be configured with either a 44x CD-R drive or a 4x DVD-R drive (this drive can also record CDs at 16x). Disc label printing is also supported; the printer is standard with the PASsport autoloader, and optional with the AutoMate.

If increasing production capability or backup (warm-swappable) capability is needed, HiPAS/2 or HiPAS/4 autoloaders can be used. PowerStudio features fast data throughput to eliminate bandwidth bottlenecks and free up host resources.

PowerStudio is based on Young Minds intelligent controller technology. It typically interfaces to an AutoMate or PASsport. If adding production capacities is a concern for the future, or if a backup drive is needed to ensure production capability, select one of the HiPAS autoloaders (HiPAS/2 or HiPAS/4).
